PURPOSE: To set up at will a lighting means on a free end of a pivotal part, by subdividing a bar-like support member into a base part and the pivotal part, joining the base part to a fixed element of a hinge and the pivotal part to a movable element thereof, respectively, and decentering the hinge with respect to an axis of the support member. CONSTITUTION: A support member 1 is subdivided into a base part 4 and a pivotal part 5 via a hinge 3, and the pivotal part forms a holding part for a lighting part 2. The hinge 3 is disposed, with its axis normal to an axis 6 of the support member 1, in a position decentered from the axis 6. The base part 4 is joined to the fixed side 7 of the hinge 3 and the pivotal part 5 to the movable side 8 thereof, respectively. A separating plane 9 between the base part and the pivotal part extends at an acute angle to the axis 6 and an extension member 11 is provided in the extending direction of the separating plane 9. When the hinge 3 is formed to be slightly tight to pivot, the lighting part 2 can be surely positioned at a desired position within a pivoting range. |
