PURPOSE:To reduce a circuit constitution, to miniaturize and to make economical by counting a pulse outputted from an electric power-frequency conversion circuit by a counter and supplying it to a CPU through a bus line. CONSTITUTION:The pulse outputted from the electric power-frequency conversion circuit is counted by the pulse counter 3 and supplied to the CPU 5 through the bus line 15. This CPU is interrupted by a specified timing pulse which is outputted from an oscillator 7 and the interrupting process for electric energy measurement furnished with a creep preventive function is performed by the CPU 5. The CPU 5 is also connected to a memory 9 through a line 15, and a pulse interval counter 11 and a power pulse counter 13 are provided in the memory 9. The counter 11 is the one to measure the pulse interval outputted from the circuit 1, i.e. a cycle of that output pulse, and the power pulse from the circuit 1 whereby the pulse in creep state is eliminated is measured by the counter 13. |
