Flexible container for fluids - has vertical struts loosely fitting on support plate

The flexible container for fluids has a support plate (1) on the ground side supporting vertical bars (2, 3, 4) which fit loosely into sockets provided in the plate. On the outside the container is formed by a sleeve (6) of solid fabric whilst inside the sleeve there is plastics foil sack (7) which can be filled with liq. A second sleeve (6) forming tubes embraces the first sleeve (6) entirely or twice round to a quarter and in the area of the vertical bars the two sleeves are connected together by at least one stitching of handling loops (15, 16, 17). The upper areas of the vertical bars are guided in the tubes thus formed. The support plate can pref. be a pallet. USE/ADVANTAGE - The container is easier to handle and is dimensionally stable.
