The orthopaedic appliance for correcting feet positions consists of a front plate (5) and a base plate (1), and a heel plate (4) each with a height adjustment (2, 3). The height adjustments (2, 3) have slide pieces (12) which move to and fro on guide pieces on the base plate (1). Two screw pieces (25) are each held by fixed pivot bearings (26) on a base plate (1) and touch a system of rods (15). The rods touch the front (5) and heel (4) plate. USE/ADVANTAGE - The orthopaedic appliance is easily used and manipulated by the front and heel plates being adjustable in height, even when the client presses his foot down.
