PURPOSE:To uniformize extracted coffee liquid by forming a lower filter in bag shape out of upper and lower filters, forming a through hole of size blocking the drop of the lower filter in the center of the bottom of a casing, and thereby concentrating coffee powder between the upper and lower filters in the center. CONSTITUTION:In a cartridge 10, the through hole 103 is formed in the center of the bottom wall of the casing 101 with a cross-section of almost U-shape, and the upper end 105 of the lower filter 104 of bag shape is fixed at the inner wall plane of the casing so as to be supended a little from the through hole 103, and next, the coffee powder 106 is filled in the lower filter 104 of bag shape. Therefore, the coffee powder 106 in the filter is concentrated in the center, and is set at a state suspended from the center through hole 103 in the bag shape, and hot water can be impregnated uniformly extending over the whole of the coffee powder 106, and simultaneously, the coffee is extracted, and extracted liquid directly drips in a cup via the filter 104. In such a way, uniform and excellent coffee liquid can be offered. |
