The cash register displays the error state as well as providing the alarm when it is in fault state. It also indicates the error release key. The register analyzes the input key by scanning the key. If it is a clear key, the clear function according to the present error state is performed. If it is not the clear key, the register checks the present state. When the present state is in the fault one, the process is feedbacked to the first procedure and the alarm signal is provided. If the error is caused by wrong operation of the user, the next right step is shown on an error displayer (100).
