PURPOSE:To obtain uniformity of machining condition at intersection point and connecting point by avoiding overlapped irradiation of laser beam at the time of overlapping a position of starting point of finishing point of a line segment constituting a pattern with the other line constituting the pattern. CONSTITUTION:A circular arc 1-4 has the intersection point 1 and connecting point 4. The line segment 5-6 is marked following the designation, but related to the circular arc 1-4, a circular arc 2-3 connecting a point 2 shifted on the circular arc almost by line width from the original starting point 1 with a point 3 shifted on the circular arc almost by the line width from the original finishing point, is marked. In such way, the overlapped marking at the intersection point or connecting point, is not executed. By this method, the uniformity of machining condition at the intersection point and connecting point can be obtd. because the overlapped irradiation of laser beam is not executed at the time of marking to the original intersection point and connecting point. |
