PURPOSE:To recover a permeability which is deteriorated by deburring to a permeability before the deburring in the manufacture of an Mn-Zn based high- permeability ferrite core by deburring the core after baking, and treating the surface with acid. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite powder is compressed and molded in a ring shape. The molded body is baked in an nitrogen atmosphere, and a ring-shaped magnetic core is obtained. The magnetic core undergoes barrel polishing. The magnetic core is immersed into hydrochloric acid, and the surface is treated. The magnetic core whose initial permeability is deteriorated can be completely recovered by the surface treatment using the barrel polishing. |
