PURPOSE:To terminate the transfer of data for plural controllers by means of finally waiting for prescribed time by continuously transferring data without waiting for the termination of the transfer of respective data for plural controllers. CONSTITUTION:Whether micro programs are loaded is checked for all the controllers and the output completion of the loading of the micro programs is waited for t1 seconds. Whether the loading of a parameter is completed or not is checked for all the controllers. When it is completed, the output completion of the loading is waited for t2 seconds. Whether the programs for all the controllers are started or not is checked and the completion of a starting processing is waited for t3 seconds. Thus, a loading processing is divided into several phases and the micro programs for plural controllers is effectively loaded.
