PURPOSE:To simplify constitution by converting the array of a video signal outputted by an area image sensor with the output of a tilt angle detecting means which detects the tilt angle of a camera. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of the area image sensor 12 is converted by an A/D converter 15 into a digital value, which is stored on an image memory 16; and the contents of the image sensor 16 are arrayed regularly based upon to the picture element signal of a specific position of the area image sensor 12. Then an image processing circuit 18 converts the array of the image on the image memory 16 according to the tilt angle of the camera which is detected by the tilt angle detecting means 17. The converted signal is normalized by a normalizing circuit 19 while the maximum value of the picture element signal is set to '1', and the normalized value is supplied as an input value to the input unit of a back propagation network in order. Consequently, the small number of learning patterns can do and the constitution is simplified. |
