Coffee used for flavouring chocolate, whether in bars, slabs or individual chocolates is of the caffeine-free variety. The basic chocolate may be made with full milk, fat free milk, cream etc., with sugar or synthetic sweetener, and have any of the standard additives such as chopped nuts to produce desired final flavours. USE - Provides a temporary ''coffee'' supply when the real thing is unavailable, e.g. on train journeys. Suitable for young children, since there is no caffeine to induce addiction.
