PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of drying operation, by feeding elongated articles that has been cut to have a certain size into a coating apparatus one by one, and then feeding a plurality of the articles that have been arranged into a drying apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Relatively elongate articles (A) such as moldings that have been cut to have a certain size are delivered from a coating apparatus or adhesive applying apparatus 10 by a longitudinally feeding conveyor 1, and before they are delivered to a laterally feeding conveyor 4, they are passed through a machine 30 for flocking nylon pile, an air blowing apparatus 40 and a pre-drying apparatus 50 where they are subjected to respective treatment. In the laterally feeding conveyor 4, the articles (A) are arranged by a pusher 2 that is actuated by the detecting action of a photocoupler 3, and since a plurality of the articles are fed by a pusher 5 from the end of the conveyor 4 into a drying apparatus 20, even if the speed of the conveyors are different from each other, the feeding can be effected in a stable manner, and the treating ability is also improved. |
