<p>A racket frame and the fabricating method thereof, including an arcuate head 11 made of a nylon tube wrapped with fibre cloth except two ends thereof, a T-shaped connector 2 with two aligned passageways respectively to take the two ends of the arcuate head, a shaft 13 of fibre construction inserted into the lower branch of the T-shaped connector and to form a throat which is then wrapped with fibre cloth so as to form a whole frame and a handle 14 put on to other end of the shaft. A metal bar may be inserted in the handle to reinforce the throat. The racket frame may be solidified in a heated mould with air injection into the handle. <IMAGE></p> |
