PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a disposable product by discharging a hot-melt adhesive arranged with an SB di-block copolymer in e fiber shape, and coating it so as to draw a line swayed to the right and left with respect to the advance direction of an object to be coated. CONSTITUTION:A hot-melt adhesive arranged with an SB di-block copolymer as base resin is discharged in a fiber shape and coated so as to draw a line swayed to the right and left with respect to the advance direction of a sheet- shaped material to be coated which is fed continuously. Since the adhesive contains SB di-block, its cohesive force is small, but it has practical creep resistance, the open time is long, wettability is good, and extensibility is good. Even if the adhesive is discharged and coated in a fiber shape, unsatisfactory adhesion rarely occurs. The coated quantity is small because it is coated as mentioned above, the water absorption of a disposable product (paper diaper or sanitary napkin) is not impaired, and water leakage rarely occurs. |
