EXECUTING METHOD FOR HEAT INSULATION IN BUILDING

PURPOSE:To uniformly fill the foamy material and to efficiently perform execution of heat insulation by introducing and filling the foamy material into the gap part formed by a spacer and a transparent plate and transferring the transparent plate along the spacer and curing the foamy material to form a rigid urethane foam heat-insulated layer. CONSTITUTION:The respective components starting to be mixed in a mixing head 40 are passed through a conduit 61 fitted to the discharge port 41 of the mixing head 40. These are discharged in a foamy state not larger than 60kg/m<3> foam density from the discharge part 62 of a mixing head device block 60. In this block 60, a conduit 61 which has the passage volume capable of maintaining the internal pressure of >=10kg/cm<2> at <=40 deg.C is formed to the inside thereof and a transparent plate 70 is formed to the discharge port side of the block 60. The foamy material A discharged from the discharge port 62 is introduced and filled into the gap part S compared by a spacer 80 and the transparent plate 70. While the transparent plate 70 is transferred along the spacer 80 to the prescribed direction at the prescribed velocity, the foamy material A is allowed to react and cured in the prescribed thickness. Thereby a rigid urethane foam heat-insulated layer U is formed.
