<p>PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition composed of a colorant, a water-soluble organic solvent and water, further containing a heptonic acid alkali metal salt, effective in preventing the abrasion of a ball socket caused by the rotation of ball and securing smooth delivery of ink. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of at least a colorant (e. g. azo-pigment or carbon black), a water-soluble organic solvent [e. g. (di) ethylene glycol] and water and further contains e. g. 1wt.% of a heptonic acid alkali metal salt expressed by formula (X is alkali metal).</p> |
