PURPOSE:To avoid the effect of noise and transient state at signal change without using a filter by monitoring one signal level at plural times, storing the level by plural storage sections and sending an definite signal when all storage sections represent the same value. CONSTITUTION:A switching speed of each contact of a switch section 2 having n-set of contacts is selected as T/n, where T is an definite time of each signal and stored in storage sections 31, 32...3n connecting to each contact. A discrimination identification ascertain section 4 identifies the result of discrimination of a monitor section 1 stored in the storage sections 31, 32...3n for each signal line and when the results of discrimination of all the storage sections 3 are identical, the definite and monitor information added with a signal line number is outputted. Thus, a filter eliminating exponeous discrimination due to a transient signal is not required and the effect of noise at signal change or the like is avoided. |
