METHOD OF ARC WELDING CONTROL WITH CONSUMABLE ELECTRODE IN GASEOUS ATMOSPHERE

The solution concerns a method of arc welding control with welding electrode in gas atmosphere, whose principle consists in the fact that to each value of additional material shift speed a value of voltage between welding electrodes is bound, according to a linear relation U=A+B.v+K, where A is a value of initial voltage between the electrodes, B is an increment of the voltage between the electrodes at unit change of additional material shift speed, and K represents a permitted voltage correction. The correction value can vary in range of +25 percent of optimum value of voltage between the electrodes.<IMAGE>
