PURPOSE:To make a protection hard to undo by converting data with an extension BIOS and applying the protection. CONSTITUTION:First, a disk operation system 3 having the main body of a file system is system-called by an application software 2 of a program 1 in a main storage, and a device driver file 4 is requested. Next, the device driver file 4 calls an extension BIOS 8, and there, only the data in respective sectors are converted. Further, a disk BIOS 5 is called, the disk BIOS 5 outputs a command to a disk controller 6, the disk controller 6 receives the command, and it controls a disk drive 7. Thus, the protection is made hard to undo. |
