A growing substrate for mushroom cultivation based on traditional raw materials, i.e. horse manure, poultry droppings, straw, gypsum and other components, significant in that it also contains ion-exchanging minerals, particularly clinoptilolitic zeolites. This modified growing substance accelerates the production of mushrooms and demonstrably increases yields.
