<p>PURPOSE:To prevent vibration and tangling of each guide by forming a circular frame for supporting upper and lower pulleys, then arranging a weight flowably in the half section of the frame, and upper and lower tanks thereafter rising rollers from the opposite sides between the upper and lower pulleys. CONSTITUTION:Tanks 3, 4 are projected from the upper and lower sections on the outer circumferential face of a ring frame 2, where book rings 5, 6 are projected from the tanks 3, 4, and rollers 10, 11 are rised in parallel, through vertical and horizontal supporting boards 9 supporting saddle type pulleys 7, 8 horizontally, from upper and lower sections in the frame 2. Semi-circular section of the frame is a hollow section 13 and fluid weight 14 is injected from the lower tank 4 over half section of the hollow section 13.</p> |
