摘要 It lies in the fact that compounds of boron and nitrogen convertible into boric adducts with nitrogen Lewis bases and organic compounds of nitrogen soluble in water and providing solid carbon during thermal decomposition are mixed and are converted into a liquid state at the temperature between 60 and 120 degrees C and, subsequently, the reaction mixture is heated up to the minimal temperature of 120 degrees C until a solid product arises. In the atmosphere of nitrogen or ammonia, the product is heated up to the temperature between 800 and 1,200 degrees C until constant mass decrement, whereupon the reaction mass is further heated up to the temperature of 1,400 degrees C.
