METHOD OF 2-CHLOROPHENYLAMIDOHYDRAZONE PREPARATION

The method of producing 2-chlorophenyl amide hydrazone is based on the preparation of 2-chlorothiobenzamide by the action of a solution (NH4)2S in the presence of triethylamine in an ethanol environment. After distillatory concentration to minimum volume 2-chlorothiobenzamide is extracted by toluene in an aqueous environment and the toluene extract is reacted with hydrazine causing 2-chlorophenyl amide hydrazone. After distilling off toluene, the hydrazine is isolated from the aqueous environment.
