The anatomic pillow with the folding sided is made of flexible material, which enables to assume physiological position on the back or on the left or right side when resting or sleeping. It can be to advantage used by people, who suffer from the problems connected with spine, shoulder girdles, and adjacent muscular parts. The merit of the pillow is the fact that it consists of three parts (5, 6a, 6b), which are rotationally interconnected by means of axes (4), which end with pivots (12). The pivots (12) are connected by means of rods (22) with the base board (19), which is attached to the lower part (5) of the pillow and by means of firm belts (23) to the folding sides (6a, 6b) of the pillow. The wedges recesses (7) are created between the lower part (5) of the pillow, equipped with a setting mechanism (9), and both the folding sides (6a, 6b).<IMAGE>
