The cylindrical testing station for diagnosis of motor vehicles is equipped with at least two interconnected cylinders (2, 3) for support of the travel gears (1) of the tested vehicle and with the electrical brake (7) that functions on the principle of vortex flows. The principle of the design lies in the fact that a built-in planetary transmission (6) is arranged between the cylinders (2, 3) and electrical brake (7) and its satellite (8) is connected in the basic version of the station with the cylinders (2, 3), the central gear (9) is connected with the electrical brake (7) and the crown gear (10) is connected with the discriminating element (11) for strength measuring. The interconnection of the individual gears of the planetary transmission (6) with the basic elements of the station can be changed. The electric brake (7) is connected with the excitation circuit (13), which is connected with the control circuit (15), whose inputs (B) are connected with the discriminating element (11), track detector (14) and control units (16).<IMAGE>
