PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin reduced in formation of sticked material and having excellent low-temperature impact resistance and gloss of molded article by polymerizing a vinyl monomer in the presence of a rubber polymer using a batch type polymerization device and successively carrying out polymerization using a continuous polymerization device. CONSTITUTION:A rubber polymer (e.g. polybutadiene latex) is fed from a rubber polymer feed line L to batch type polymer devices A1-A3 and one or more kind of vinyl monomers (e.g. styrene and acrylonitrile) are fed from a feed line M' of a component for a batch type polymerization to the above-mentioned devices to carry out batch type emulsion polymerization and successively the vinyl monomers are continuously fed from a feed line M'' of component for continuous polymerization while transferring the reaction mixture to the continuous polymer device B-1 by opening a change valve V and continuous emulsion polymerization is carried out to provide the aimed rubber reinforced thermoplastic resin.
