CUSHION MATERIAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A cushion is obtained by impregnating an aqueous polyurethane polymer emulsion in three-dimensionally interwined fibers (1), removing an excessive aqueous polyurethane polymer emulsion and hardening the resultant material with heat. The surface of each fiber is covered with a polyurethane resin, and the fibers are bonded by the polyurethane resin (2) at intersected portions of the fibers (1).
