Medical syringe which is made of plastic and can be used only once. The plunger consists of two parts (sleeve 3, plunger head 1 with muff 2) which are fitted together and delimit a cavity 8 in which there is a substantial negative pressure holding the assembly together. During injection, a circular part 4, clamped in the lumen of the syringe, remains in position and no longer closes off an opening 5 through which the air then passes and neutralises the negative pressure in the cavity 8. This results in dislocation of the plunger and thus the impossibility of the syringe being reused. <IMAGE>
