PURPOSE:To automatically feed coil springs in the device stated in the title used for assembly of a rocker shaft unit by separating a spring aggregate charged from a bucket elevator one by one through rotation of a rotary plate, and feeding the springs in a row with a parts feeder. CONSTITUTION:A coil spring aggregate sent through a constant quantity feeding flapper 26 and a conveyor belt 27 is liftingly fed with a bucket elevator 29, and charged into the case 34 of a feeder 23. The rotary plate 36 of a separator 30 is rotated in the case 34, the spring aggregate is blown off to the inner circumferential face of the case to collide by the centrifugal force, and the aggregate is separated into individual springs 9. The separated spring is dropped into a parts feeder 31 and individually transported in a low. They are transported to the successive process through a conveyance passage 39. By this constitution, automatic feed can be performed. |
