<p>PURPOSE:To surely peel and remove the tip of a jammed sheet from the endless conveying path of a transfer drum by providing an exciting means partially exciting the endless conveying path in the direction that part of the endless conveying path at the position near the upstream side of a peeling means is expanded and separating a sheet material from the endless conveying path. CONSTITUTION:A sheet material S is fed to an endless conveying path by a sheet material feeding means 60 and endlessly moved and conveyed at preset positions multiple times. When this sheet is jammed, the endless conveying path is partially excited and expanded by an exciting means 20 at the position near the upstream side of the peeling claw 11 of the endless conveying path, thus the jammed sheet S is peeled from the endless conveying path at the expanded position, and it is further separated by the peeling claw 11 and discharged.</p> |
