PURPOSE:To change the fitting direction of an optical connector which is connected to an optical fiber by supporting the optical connector which includes an optical element connected to the optical fiber on a rotary shaft pivotally and fitting it to a main body part for substrate packaging. CONSTITUTION:The optical connector 1 is made of epoxy resin where a light emitting element 4 and the optical fiber 5 are inserted partially. A 1st optical connector 1 is coupled with the rotary body 3 of the main body part 3 made of epoxy resin for substrate packaging while being pinched between a 2nd optical connector 2 and a screw 6, and the 1st optical connector 1 can be changed in direction to the main body part 3. Further, the main body part 3 is fixed on a substrate 7. Consequently, the optical transmitting / receiving module for the optical transmission link prevents the optical fiber 5 from twisting and no stress is applied to the optical connector, so the optical coupling loss becomes small and the optical connectors are prevented from breading. |
