PURPOSE:To prepare the subject uniformly spherical fine particle having excellent heat resistance, wear resistance and solvent resistance by heating an aqueous solution containing a specific amount of a melamine derivative compound having a polymerizability in an acidic region in a specific amount and adjusted to a specified pH. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution containing 0.5-5wt.% of a melamine derivative compound having polymerizability in an acidic region {e.g. a compound of the formula [R0 is H, OH, phenyl, -CnH2n+1 (n is 1-10), etc.; R1-R4 are H, OH, OCnH2n+1 (n is 1-20), -CONH2,-CH2OH, etc.], preferably methylolated melamine} and adjusted to a pH of 4-5 with an acidic solvent (e.g. sulfuric acid or formic acid) is heated preferably at 70-100 deg.C to provide the objective fine particle. |
