PURPOSE:To prevent a brake device from colliding violently against a stopper by inputting rotational displacement information of the brake device, which is detected by a displacement detecting means through a selecting means at the time of stopping and operating a hoist, to a control unit. CONSTITUTION:When a difference of weight balance between a riding cage 1 and a balance weight 2 is generated with passengers getting on and off the cage, unbalanced torque is generated in a sheave 5 to cause the rotational displacement of a brake device through a rotary shaft 8, and when a large unbalance amount is generated in the first cylindrical rubber 25, the second cylindrical rubber 26 is also deformed with a stopper hitting against an engaging pin 24. Then in a control unit 32, switching a selecting means 38 in accordance with a torque direction at the time of operating and stopping a hoist, the rotational displacement of the brake device 9 is detected by a displacement detecting means formed by combination of a protrusion part 29 with a microswitch 31, and a driving electric motor 6 is controlled. Thus by preventing the brake device from colliding violently against the stopper, a shock can be prevented from being given to passengers. |
