PURPOSE:To shorten the building-in time by gathering building-in information and generating a control statement of execution jobs in accordance with this information and continuously building in plural programs. CONSTITUTION:A job control statement is generated from a magnetic tape 1 where programs to be built in one are stored, and program information is reloaded to the system from the magnetic tape 1 in accordance with this control statement to generate a program building-in information table 4. A job control statement required for building-in of programs is generated from this table 4 and data preliminarily inputted from a VDT 2. The first program in the magnetic tape 1 is copied to a data set of a target operating system (OS) 3 in accordance with the job control statement. This work is continued until all programs in the magnetic tape 1 are executed. Thus, programs are efficiently built in a short time.
