PORTABLE OVERHEAD BAR CODE SCANNER

摘要

PURPOSE: To read barcode labels with different sizes by projecting beams along third plural optical paths being orthogonal to the first optical paths and scanning a code label place in the neighborhood of a hole through the hole. CONSTITUTION: A mirror assembly 60 is fitted to the passage of the received beams by prescribed angle, the received beams are polarized downwards through the hole of a floor material 50 adding a window part material 67 and a scanning pattern 40 is formed under the floor material 50 of a head part 28 at a prescribed distance. The optical beam polarized from the pattern mirror assembly 60 is almost orthogonal to the running route of the optical beams polarized from a rotary mirror 54. The barcode label can be read even what ever the scanning distance may be the large one or the small one according to the placement at the different distances from the head part 28 by an operator. Thus, various kinds of labels with different sizes are read.
