PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of assembling work by previously mounting a retractor for a seat belt on a bracket, and arranging the bracket on a door panel. CONSTITUTION:A passive seat belt main body 2 is composed of belts 5, 5' of which both ends are rewound with a shoulder retractor 3 and a lap retractor 4, through rings 6, 6', and a through tongue 7. The through rings 6, 6' support the middle part of the belts 5, 5' at the sash part 1a of a door panel 1 and the lower part of a door panel 1. The through tongue 7 is fixed on a buckle of the center of a seat. At fitting the device, the shoulder retractor 3 and the lap retractor 4 are fitted to a bracket, and the bracket is fitted to the fitting hole of the inner panel of the door panel through screws. A door rim is arranged on the outside of the bracket to cover it. |
