摘要 A pasty-like snack of the shape of a small loaf of bread with a core of well cooked meat, poultry, vegetables etc. is surrounded by a closed thin crust of pastry. This shell is made of rye bread leaven. ADVANTAGE - This food keeps fresh and attractive to eat for several weeks without preservatives, deep freezing or chemical additives. The leaven should contain at least 60% rye flour with an admixt. of 10-25% rye flakes. A share of 5-10% wheat flour is also acceptable. The dough should form before baking a shell of 6-7 mm thickness. The baking temp. should be 180-220 deg C (200 deg C) and the time 30-45 min (35-40 min). Prior to baking, the dough should be left to rest unworked for 1-2 days.
