<p>A winding device for transformer coils, choking coils and related devices is basically composed of at least two geometrically and magnetically separated magnetic circuits or cores having identical or different magnetic features. At least one winding surrounds at least one of these geometrically and magnetically separated magnetic circuits or cores and/or at least one winding surrounds at least two such geometrically and magnetically separated circuits or cores. Once the partially wound or not yet wound winding forms, winding spindles, flangeless coil shells or single or multiple chamber coil shells provided with flanges have been mounted on a structure composed of the gripping or chucking tool (1), of the tie-bar (2) and the winding receiving elements (3), the tie-bar (5), which is mounted by means of the clamping elements (6) on the winding receiving elements (3), and the centering or guiding element (7), are mounted for purposes of consolidation and centering and/or guidance. The assembled winding device can finally be clamped, centered and/or guided on the turning lathe, winding bench or machine and is thus ready for winding operations.</p> |
