Water energy recovery system - uses buoyancy bodies or water wheels, without turbines

The system (1) is for use in moving waters, e.g. rivers and brooks, and off shore, to recover water wave and current energy, and is not influenced by natural features, e.g. rocky coasts, etc. There are moveable supply pipes, as connection between exploitation location and consumer location, of the hydraulic of pneumatic power unit. If used with mechanical plant, the new telescopic drives generate doubling of the RPM without transmission. The units consist of light-weight hollow bodies, and are self-supporting and buoyant.
