In the preparation of artificial ceramic dentures, the material on a substrate is compacted by maintaining it in vibrations by a vibration generator at fixed or variable amplitude and frequency. Specifically, the electronic control system includes a timing circuit (107), a temperature measuring/control (110), an intensity control (109), a frequency (103) and amplitude (104) measuring and control circuit (106) and the vibration driver circuit (105). A keyboard (13) and a luminous display panel (18) are interconnected with these circuits. The lamp (100) can be adjusted by a collimator to any optical spectrum between the infrared and the ultraviolet range. ADVANTAGE - This minimises the manual labour and achieves a high degree of consolidation and a reduced time required for the preparation of reproducible and standardised dentures.
