PURPOSE:To reduce a space by connecting conductor sections of a flexible wiring board and conductor sections of an electric circuit board by wire-bonding. CONSTITUTION:A flexible wiring board 1 with a wiring section 1b is stuck to an electric circuit board 2 with an adhesive 6, and conductor sections 4 on the flexible wiring board 1 and conductor sections 3 on the electric circuit board 2 are bonded by a wire 5. Even if the pitch of multiple conductor sections 4 of the flexible wiring board 1 is made narrow, no short circuit due to solder is generated, the electric circuit board 2 can be made small in the direction that connecting terminals are arranged, and a space can be reduced. |
