PURPOSE:To carry out purification of the inside of a room surely and efficiently by providing an air outlet between air suction inlets provided respectively on the upper and lower sections of a main body and installing a blower and a purifying means respectively on ventilation lines between the air outlet and both air suction inlets. CONSTITUTION:Air suction inlets 2 and 3 are provided respectively on the upper and lower sections of a main body, and an air blow outlet 4 is disposed between the air suction inlets 2 and 3. Air blowers 5 and 6, prefilters 7 and 9 and electric dust collectors 8 and 10 are installed respectively on ventilation lines 11 and 12 between the air outlet 4 and the air suction inlets 2 and 3. Either of both blowers is driven to suck in polluted air from the suction inlets corresponding to the polluted air retained on the upper and lower layers in a room to surely remove smoke, dust and the like in the room. further, as the polluted air is sucked in from the suction inlets positioned correspondingly to the polluted air, the operation time of removing the polluted air is short, and as a result, air purification can be carried out surely and efficiently. |
