<p>PURPOSE:To instantaneously detect abnormality in a system by time sequentially recording the operational information of plural devices constituting the system, collating the operational information with operational timing as the condition of interlock between the devices and always monitoring an operational state in the system. CONSTITUTION:The respective operational information of plural devices A are synchronously inputted by an operational information recording means M1 and these operational information are time sequentially recorded and held over a prescribed period. Then, the information are successively reloaded to new operational information. An abnormality judging means M3 judges the abnormality by collating these recorded operational information with the operational timing stored and held in an operational timing storing means M2 as the condition of the interlock mutually between the plural devices A. When the abnormality is judged, a reloading stopping means M4 stops reloading the operational information recorded and held in the operational information recording means M1. On the other hand, the operational information recorded and held in the operational information recording means M1 are outputted by an operational information output means M5. Thus, the abnormality in the system can be speedily detected.</p> |
