PURPOSE:To enhance the workability by forming a surface layer part of a sheet wherein a reinforcing fiber is dispersed in a polyvinyl chloride type resin from a polyvinyl chloride type resin whose polymerization degree is higher than that of the polyvinyl chloride type resin in the inner layer part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing fiber is dispersed in a polyvinyl chloride resin and the surface layer part of a sheet is formed from a polyvinyl chloride type resin whose polymerization degree is higher than that of the polyvinyl chloride type resin in the inner layer part thereof. As the polyvinyl chloride type resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, a chlorinated product of polyvinyl chloride and a composition based on vinyl chloride can be used. A polymerization degree is set to 200-1000 in the inner layer part and 300-1500 in the surface layer part and the polymerization degree difference between the inner layer part and the surface layer part is set to 100-1000. As the reinforcing fiber, an inorg. fiber such as a glass fiber, a carbon fiber, a boron fiber or a metal fiber and an org. fiber such as an aramide fiber, a polyamide fiber or a polyester fiber are designated. By this method, the whole of the sheet is brought to a molten state without decomposing the surface layer to enhance the workability of stamping molding and a good molded product can be obtained. |
