<p>PURPOSE: To inhibit the leap of a helical cable in a housing at a time when it receives vibrations, by packing a thin absorption strip having a sliding face, and having a width at least two times that of a flat cable, between the adjacent layers of the flat cable. CONSTITUTION: A thin absorption strip 15 having a sliding face, and having a width at least two times that of a flat cable 13, is packed between the adjacent layers of the cable 13 forming a helical cable 11. And a narrow width side of the cable 13 is installed around a side edge of the strip 15 so that both are covered by the absorption strip 15. Further the strip 15 is simply wound with the flat helical cable in such manner that the strip 15 are projected over the both side edges of the cable 13. The side edge of the strip 15 is bent and deformed, when the flat helical cable receives the vibration in a condition that it is inserted into the housing with the strip 15, thereby the absorption buffering effect is generated.</p> |
