<p>1. Method for producing aerating diffuser for biological sewage-treatment plants, characterised in that 10-11 mm thick diffuser's base layer with diameter of 190 mm is made from quartz sand previously fractioned to granulations 320-400, 400-630, 630-800 or 800-1,600μm, while proper 4-5 mm thick with 170 mm diameter diffuser is obtained from quartz sand fractioned to granulations 100-160, 160-200 or 200-320μm,. Surface of a selected, adequate sand fraction is covered with solvent-dissolved thermo hardened resin and thus prepared sand-resin matter is put into a tarflen form, condensed using a vibrator, and together with the form placed in a thermal chamber, for thermo-hardening, while rotating the form, and thus obtained diffuser base medium is permanently bound with the proper diffuser.</p> |
