PURPOSE: To insert a jejunum dosing tube without any rewound upon a patient by composing of a catheter main body having first end and a second end, a port box body having a main port, a Y-shaped branch port and a liquid injection port, an inflatable member, and a dosing port formed in the second end. CONSTITUTION: The end 28 of the main body of the catheter 12 and the inflatable member 38 formed adjacent to the above end are inserted through a tissue layer. After the portion of the inflatable member 34 reached the gaster, a liquid is supplied into a liquid passage 16 through a valve means 26, and the inflatable member 38 is inflated. When the portion 58 of the inflatable member 38 is contacted with the wall 56 of a mucous membrane, a small opening 50 is sealed from the gaster side, and a fixing member 43 is slid and contacted with the outer layer of skin 51. When medicine is dosed, the medicine is accessed to a liquid passage through a Y-shaped branch port 22 and a branch passage 59 communicated to the Y-shaped branch port 22. And since the diameter of the main port 20 is larger than that of the branch port 22, it can be connected with a small dosing adapter without separating the connection between the main port and a pump. And since the cross section of a dosing passage 14 is almost round, it can easily house the jejunum dosing tube 60. |
