Between the shaft 14 which turns the pressing cone 20 and the shaft of the electric motor 5 is a mechanism 12-15 which angularly immobilises said cone until the user applies to it, through the lever 24 connected to the bell 27, sufficient force to lower the cone and its shaft. The latter is then released and is driven by the plate 12 mounted on the motor shaft. <IMAGE>
