PURPOSE:To avoid a line from being switched in error, to make power on or off and to increase the reliability of system, even if a connection indicating signal is given to a power supply sequence at power off of a communication processor. CONSTITUTION:Even if a connection indicating signal is given to a power supply sequence at power-off of a communication processor #1 and signal lines S1 and S2 are temporarily held on-state, the condition of set is not established through the presence of NAND gates 131 and 141 and flip-flop 151 is not set. Thus, the power can be turned on or off independently of the power supply sequence of the communication processor. |
