PURPOSE:To enable the switching of the piston speed in the way of the piston stroke, by employing a double cylinder while providing a needle valve in the path conducting between the inner space of the inner and outer cylinders. CONSTITUTION:An outside cylinder is shown by the referential number 1 while provided with the air flow in port and flow out port 7, 8. An inside cylinder is shown by the referential number 2 which can slide in the outside cylinder through a piston section 18 while simultaneously contains a piston 3 slidably. The head space 10 of the outside cylinder and the head space 12 of the inside cylinder are coupled through a path 17 and a needle valve 4 is provided in the way such that the opening is freely adjastable. The pressure air supplied through the inlet 7 will push up the piston 18 with high speed, and when it will collide against the upper end of the outside cylinder it will enter through the path 17 into the inside cylinder thus to push up the piston with low speed. |
